Do you have a size chart?
Please see the individual product page for more information about sizing and measurements. Measurements posted in the listing are of the actual product, lying flat. Our products are all in U.S. sizing. If you are still unsure, we are happy to help! Just send us an email.
How long before my item will ship?
Quickly! We do our best to ship within 1-2 business days via USPS First Class or Priority mail depending on weight.
Where is my item shipping from?
We are a family owned company. All items on the site are in stock and ship from our warehouse in Stillwater, MN. If you are local and would like to pick your order up, please contact us to schedule a pick up time.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as we ship your order.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We charge a flat rate of $6.95 for USPS First Class to Canada, or $12.95 USPS First Class to all other International destinations. International buyers are responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be charged during the delivery of your package. If you are unsure if a fee will be charged, please check with your local post office prior to purchasing.
UK Residents: Please be advised you will most likely be charged a customs tax / duty. Rose Gold Vintage is not responsible for this duty.
Do you accept returns?
YES! We now offer FREE returns within the U.S. on all regular and sale price merchandise. (With the exception of Final Sale items)
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase only. If you need to make a return or exchange, please email us - firstname.lastname@example.org for a prepaid label and instructions. In order to qualify for Free Returns you must use our prepaid label. We do NOT reimburse return shipping if you don't use our label.
Please note: items purchased with the FINAL35 code are Final Sale. No returns or exchanges on these items.
Returned items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition. Please don't take advantage of us. We've got a pretty great return policy for a small business, and we'd like to keep it that way.

Holiday 2018 Return Policy - Items purchased between November 19th and December 31st, 2018 are eligible for our extended holiday return policy. These items may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment within 14 days, or for store credit by January 15th, 2019. We are happy to work directly with a gift recipient on a return for store credit or exchange, as long as we can look up the order by order number or the purchaser's name.
Do you Wholesale?
No, we do not.
The item I want is out of stock. Will you be restocking?
You can use the "notify me" tab on the item page to receive an email notification when the item is back in stock. For specific restock info please send us an email or contact us on social media.
Are your items authentic?
Yes, always. We only purchased from authorized U.S. distributors who hold the actual product trademarks.
But I saw your photo on a Chinese site ....
Sadly, yes. Our photos have been stolen and used without our consent (even with our watermarks) and put on websites and apps such as WISH, AliExpress and others. These products are in no way endorsed by us.
How can I contact you?
The best way to contact us is via email using the "contact us" tab on our website, or directly to email@example.com. This email is always monitored, but please allow 24 hours for a reply (although we're usually faster!)
We can also be reached by phone at 1-855-295-1133 during our normal business hours - 9am-5pm CST. We are a small business and shipping packages out is our first priority - if we are unable to answer the phone, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we are able.
